Returns, Exchanges and Refund Policy

Exchanges, if applicable
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, provided the original invoice is kept intact and the items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging.
To approve your exchange, write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of delivery with appropriate images and videos. A clear and uncut unboxing video must be sent within 24 hours of receiving the parcel for any complaints or disputes. We reserve the right to reject your exchange request without any prior notice.

Refunds, if applicable
